This is a subway at Warzirpur Bus Depot. I happen to visit this place and was surprised to see the board at the entry of the subway.

I am posting this photo for you to read the timing on the entrance of the subway stating 5:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

What a mistake of timing on all the four entrances!
It is apathy of Government. They take time to award tender and could not find time to visit site to see Execution. It is said worldwide that India is a very good in Planning and making Documents BUT bigger question remain no strategy for Monitoring and Implementation (major component of any Project)
