Narendra Modi PM again...!

Since the beginning of the elections for 2014, only one name was echoing in the India political atmosphere—Narendra Modi. Even today when the Lok Sabha elections for 2019 are in progress, the same name is resonating largely. What will be the result for the millions of Indians voting in the hot days of summers, biggest minority casting votes while fasting in the Holy month of Ramzan. Modi will be the PM again because he has now tabled the manifesto for 2019 as Sankalp Patra!
In the election manifesto of 2014 Lok Sabha, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) had made number of promises which were for the people who have been deprived for the last 70 years. If these promises were to be fulfilled, would have changed the lives of most of the Indians, but in vain.

1.    A UniformCivil Code: In the last five years this was least to be heard of.
2.    Clean up the Ganga: Rs 20,000 crores spent without even a kilometre stretch of the river being cleaned.
3.    Set-up a National Optical-Fibre Network up to the village level; and Wi-Fi zones in public areas: Optical-Fibre Network and Wi-Fi zone what you are talking about.
4.      BJP has committed to initiate a mission mode project to create 50 tourist circuits that are affordable and built around themes like a.) Archaeological and Heritage, b.) Cultural and Spiritual, c.) Himalayan, d.) Desert, e.) Coastal, f.) Medical (Ayurveda and Modern Medicine), etc.: All–Weather Road is now in dilemma because clearance for the same was not taken from the environment department. Social activists have file petition against this project. The government divided the whole project of 196 kilometres into smaller segments to avoid environmental and other clearances required for this project. The case is in court.
5.     Bringing back Black Money stashed in foreign banks and offshore accounts within 100 days. 1800 days have passed without even a single paisa coming back to India. On the other hand, big bank defaulters have escaped Indian territories.
6.    Improve Centre-State relations, ensure fiscal autonomy of States while urging financial discipline and create ‘Regional Councils of States’, with common problems and concerns, with a view to seeking solutions that are applicable across a group of States.
7.    Set up the Ministry of North-Eastern Region. Empower Ministry with a broader charter and non-lapsable funds for the rapid development of the region: Complete all pending fencing work along the India-Bangladesh and India-Myanmar border, stepping up border security.
Take measures for the safety of North-Eastern students studying across the country including setting up hostels for North-Eastern students at various educational centres.
Address the issue of infiltration and illegal immigrants in the Northeast region on a priority basis.
Special emphasis on massive infrastructure development, especially along the Line of Actual Control in Arunachal Pradesh and Sikkim. Actually, these projects have not even started on paper.
8.     Committed to the abrogation of Article 370 on Kashmir.
9.   Digitisation of Government records will be taken up on top priority so that they are easily accessible.
10.  Performance review, social and environment audit would be mandated for all Government schemes and programmes. People are still waiting.
11.   Initiate a National e-Governance Plan to cover every Government office from the centre to the Panchayats. The ‘E-Gram, Vishwa Gram’ scheme in Gujarat to be implemented nationwide, still awaited.
12. Pursue a mission mode project under the ‘National Rural Internet and Technology Mission’ for use of telemedicine and mobile healthcare for rural healthcare delivery; use of IT for agriculture for real-time information; Self Help Groups; retail trade and SMEs; and rural entrepreneurs, etc.
13. Make every household digitally literate with a goal to make India the Global Knowledge hub, with IT being a major driver and engine of growth.
14. Mandate digitisation of all government work to reduce corruption and delays.
15. Rationalisation and convergence among the Ministries, departments and other arms of the Government to focus on time delivery.
16.  Services of youth, in particular, will be tapped to contribute to governance with Fellowship and Internship programmes launched at various levels. Schemes under this have number of discrepancies.
17.  Initiate a mission mode project for filling the vacancies in the judiciary and for doubling the number of courts and judges in the subordinate judiciary. It has been for the first time in the Indian history that four senior Judges of Supreme Court conducted a press conference about the problems in the judicial system of India under BJP rule on January 12, 2018.
18.  Implement the National Litigation Policy in letter and spirit to reduce average pendency time of cases. Nothing has been done actually!
19.  Create a fund for modernisation of courts to improve the operational efficiency of courts. False promise!
20. Establish an institutional mechanism to periodically review and give suggestions for refining our laws. Haven’t heard about this till now!
21.  Modernisation of Prison system with technology and infrastructure; to strengthen the security as well as human rights. Number of killings took place in the prisons itself during BJP rule.
22. Train and technologically enable the police to track, pursue, as well as prevent CyberCrime. Cyber Crime increased during BJP rule.
23.  Bring Coastal States together on a common platform to discuss issues of Marine Policing. This was a dream which requires more than five years to be completed.
24. Facilitate training and capacity building of Police forces, modernise the police force, equipping them with the latest technology, and initiate the networking of police stations across the country for intelligence sharing and crime control. If this was done, number of Indians who ran away from India with huge bank debts would have been behind bars.
25.  Look at revising election expenditure limits realistically. Wait and watch, the real picture will come to surface after the election 2019.
26. Identify 100 most backward districts of the country to bring them at par with other districts through prioritised and integrated development. The schemes for these projects are lagging behind.
27. Review successful Public Distribution System models, and incorporate the best practices to revise the existing PDS, to benefit the common man.
28.   Radically transform the Food Corporation of India (FCI). Tonnes of food grains rot in the open as nothing was done.
29. Initiate a ‘Van Bandhu Kalyan Yojna’ at the national level to be overseen by a ‘Tribal Development Authority’. This scheme will focus on:
Setting up the entire education network for tribals.
Upgrading housing, water and health facilities.
Electrification of tribal hamlets and provision of all – weather roads.
Initiating new economic activities. Promoting the products associated with the tribal culture by setting tribal haats in tourist towns and other centres.
Ensure that the tribal land is not alienated. Tribal people have been agitating when their land was acquired for the statue of Sardar Patel—the tallest statue.
30. Strengthen and modernise minority educational systems and institutions; National Madrasa modernisation programme to be initiated. Madrasas forced to sing Vande Mataram, hoist National Flag, etc was the work done in this regard but nothing for the development of these institutes.
31. Empower Waqf Boards in consultation with religious leaders; taking steps to remove encroachments from and unauthorised occupation of Waqf properties.
32. Initiate building 100 new cities; enabled with the latest in technology and infrastructure–adhering to concepts like sustainability, walk to work etc, and focused on specialised domains. These cities are still to be counted with the facilities promised.
33.  Review, amend and strengthen the Child and Adolescent Labour (Prohibition and Regulation) Act, 2012 and Integrated Child Protection Scheme (ICPS). Since 2014 there has been increase in number of rape cases committed on children.
34.  Enact the ‘Rights of the Persons with Disabilities Bill’ (RPWD). Provide higher tax relief for the family member taking care of the disabled. This bill lapsed in the 15th Lok Sabha. It was reintroduced, on introduction, it was sent to the Standing Committee on Social Justice and Empowerment on May 7, 2015. The committee suggested a number of amendments that were finally passed on December 14, 2016.
35. Set-up neighbourhood Children’s/Youth Parliament across India that leads to vibrant student committees. No news about this ever heard of!
36.  Launch a ‘National Sports Talent Search System’, so that extraordinary sporting talent is identified at a very young age. Mandate all new housing colonies to include sports facilities. Facilities have been provided or not but India has bagged number of medals in these five years.
37.  BJP is committed to 33% reservation in Parliamentary and State Assemblies through a constitutional amendment. Not done!
38. Government will create an Acid Attack victims welfare fund to take care of the medical costs related to treatment and cosmetic reconstructive surgeries of such victims. Nirbhaya fund that was created by the past government has not been used judiciously, what to say about creating new funds.
39.  Introduce self defence as a part of the school curriculum. Not done!
40. Set up an All Women Mobile Bank to cater to women and special skills training and business Incubator Park for women. Bharatiya Mahila Bank (BMB) was started in 2013 by the last government but this government has done nothing like it.

The above mentioned 40 pointers are indicators regarding the promises and achievements of the BJP government as Acche Din (Good Days) for the Indians.

Narendra Modi befooled the Indians. In his election campaigns for Lok Sabha election 2019, he is nowhere to be seen speaking about the achievement which he promised for the people in 2014. Clear indication that he told lies to the people of India.

Use of cow at many places by BJP
Leave alone the humans he has been telling lies regarding the Hindu Gods and Goddesses. He promised the construction of Ram Temple in Ayodhya which is still awaited. He did nothing in this regard until the end of 2018. The case was started for hearing in the Supreme Court of India in the last month of the fourth year of his tenure.

He went to Kedarnath where he said that the deity there (Lord Shiva) was waiting for him to bring in developmental work in that area.

Narendra Modi on the occasion of inaugurating direct bus service from Janakpur to Ayodhya said that he is instrumental in helping Goddess Sita and Lord Ram to unite.

He has been playing with the sentiments of the majority of Indians who are Hindus. He not only befooled the common people but even the Gods. The huge force of BJP IT cells might not agree but the reality is that now Narendra Modi will never become the PM of India again as God sees the truth but waits.

BJP manifestos for 2014 and 2019
India has never allowed the ruler who has been biased or inclined towards one community. Mughals ruled India for about 800 years. This was only possible when they were ruling the ideology of Unity in diversity. All are aware that Aurangzeb came to power and started to force different policies than that of his predecessors and this resulted in the downfall of the Mughal Empire. Thus, how can India digest Narendra Modi? If all the promises were fulfilled as per the manifesto 2014 then why in 2019 BJP has to issue Sankalp Patra (promise paper)?
